Join our Tax Transformation Consulting team as a consultant, where you will help clients design and implement practical technological solutions for tax compliance, reporting, accounting, and advisory challenges. In this role, you will contribute to (global) engagements and, with our broader tax consulting teams, provide international organizations with cutting-edge services in global tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax advisory - thus enabling our clients to successfully navigate the evolving Swiss and international tax landscape. How you can make an impact • Contribute to client engagements from day one, working with tax, technology, and business teams to provide practical solutions across various sectors. • Support go-to-market activities and tax technology scanning by translating emerging trends into relevant insights for clients. • Build a clear and long-term career path through professional training, mentoring, and targeted support for relevant tax technology qualifications. • Help clients transform tax processes for the digital era by designing and implementing clear and tailored technological solutions. • Contribute to advisory work on tax operating models, process improvement, and tax risk management. Profile sought • You are curious, collaborative, and solution-oriented, with the confidence necessary to take on responsibilities and work with clients in a respectful and structured manner. • You have a strong interest in process design, project work, and business topics, and you enjoy developing new perspectives with multidisciplinary teams. • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in science, computer/technological engineering, or economics and can demonstrate your technological proficiency and interest in tax matters. • You have acquired relevant experience through internships, student jobs, or your first professional roles in consulting, tax, technology, analysis, or process transformation. • You communicate confidently in English; German or French as well as experience in business process mapping, tax technology solutions, data management, reporting, or analysis is an advantage.
