• Repair work for tenants (e.g. blockage of pipe/replacement of water taps/replacement of light bulbs/installation and disposal of laundry tower/contact person for tenants for small tasks) • Control of heating/call out craftsmen in case of malfunctions/ • Place waste/green waste containers on the street and subsequently clean them • Inspection rounds of the 4 MFH • Post-cleaning upon tenant change • Desalination plant (refill salt) • Ordering/collecting material (light bulbs/salt/various) • Garden maintenance (regularly mow lawn with lawn tractor, prune shrubs/plants/weeding) Important: Depending on suitability, only part of the work can also be taken on!
