Regional Sales Manager - Suisse romande # Company Description ## On behalf of a family-owned structure active in the construction sector, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager M/F - Suisse romande Job Description ## • You ensure the technical and operational management of the region concerned • You retain the existing client portfolio and actively contribute to the commercial development of the region (resellers and end customers) • You support and lead a sales team • You are in charge of resource planning and the budget • You ensure coordination with headquarters and report to the national sales director Profile Sought ## • Benefiting from solid experience as a KAM / Technico-Commercial (sale of technical consumables, construction trades) • Experience in managing a team • Good knowledge of the Romand construction fabric and construction trades / civil engineering (sanitary, electricity, masonry) • French native speaker with knowledge of German • Entrepreneur with a strong commercial sense and excellent interpersonal skills • Mobile and residing in Suisse romande
