As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for our Décolletage department, two: Team Leader ID 50000780 / ID 50000781 Your mission At the heart of our Décolletage department, you are considered the true pillar of the field. You lead and develop a team of around 15 employees and have as key missions the following tasks: · Manage and inspire: ensure daily supervision, develop the skills of your team and guarantee the standards of the workshop. · Pilot performance: closely monitor production and ensure the achievement of objectives. · Master the field: anticipate and resolve operational hazards with agility. Your profile With a CFC in polymechanics completed by the training of a Technicien ES in a company, or an equivalent title, you have solid knowledge in stamping. You also have significant experience in team management. Recognized for your leadership and pedagogy, you know how to accompany and develop your employees. You demonstrate rigor, organization and reactivity, and you are at ease in situation analysis as well as in decision-making.
