You advise customers and sales organizations on technical questions such as material selection, component and material analysis as well as injection molding processing. Another focus lies in conducting tests and sampling on modern equipment in the in-house injection molding technical center as well as directly at the customer's site. In addition, you develop technical foundations, carry out feasibility analyses, and prepare cost calculations. Through close cooperation in interdisciplinary teams with Research & Development, Production, Material Analytics, Marketing, and Sales, you contribute significantly to the further development of the company. Market observations to identify new trends and technologies as well as giving technical presentations and internal training sessions round off your area of responsibility. Requirement Profile For this responsible position, you have a completed degree in plastics technology, materials technology, or mechanical engineering. Professional experience in injection molding technology and in the design of technical plastic components is a prerequisite. You are a decisive, entrepreneurially minded personality who actively seeks challenges in the areas of technology and project management. Commitment, initiative, and flexibility are just as much among your strengths as good English skills in speaking and writing.
