• Competent and comprehensive advice to private customers in the basic products Payments, Savings, Investing and Provisioning
• Actively contributes to the positioning of Raiffeisen as a competent partner regarding the topic of finance (especially also investing and provisioning)
• Is responsible for the strategy-compliant maintenance and co-management of a team customer portfolio of the Private Customers-Basic segment
• Actively approaches customers and non-customers, recognizes individual customer needs and transfers these to the responsible specialist departments
• Fulfillment of the reception and host role in the customer zone
