Project Manager Railway Signalling (ETCS-Onboard)

You will take over the technical and commercial management of projects for the integration of ETCS-Onboard systems in the railway sector.

Tasks

• Technical and commercial management of integration projects for ETCS-Onboard systems
• Responsibility for the entire project lifecycle from handover to the warranty phase
• Ensuring project goals regarding deadlines, budget, quality, and safety
• Stakeholder management with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Identification and management of risks, opportunities, and project dependencies
• Monitoring of costs, revenue, forecast, and profitability
• Leadership and further development of interdisciplinary project teams

Profile

• Completed university degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics)
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the railway or transport industry
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary technical projects
• Knowledge of standards such as TSI CCS and UNISIG is an advantage
• Experience with ETCS-Onboard systems or railway signalling technology is an advantage
• Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
