Your tasks ##

• In this versatile role, you will take on a central function in the establishment and further development of our internal as well as external communication landscape.
• You will actively shape the future of our communication channels and contribute your ideas both strategically and operationally.
• You will plan, manage, and evaluate holistic communication measures - both digital and analog.
• You will develop and implement cross-media solutions for the further development of existing print products.
• You will design and create target-group-oriented editorial content for internal and external stakeholders.
• You will participate in the development and implementation of campaigns (campaigning).
• You will act as a sparring partner for communication issues in strategic projects and be involved both conceptually and operationally.
• You will support the operational day-to-day business with diverse internal and external communication requests.

Your profile ##

• Completed training or studies in the field of communication, marketing, media, or comparable, and sound experience in a similar working environment (healthcare is an advantage)
• Several years of experience in digital communication or content management
• A sense for target-group-oriented content as well as experience in editorial work
• Experience with digital tools (CMS, newsletter tools, social media platforms, etc.)
• Conceptual strength paired with a pragmatic implementation mentality
• Independent, structured way of working as well as high initiative
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
