Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as a diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF or comparable training
• Professional experience in the acute care sector or a comparable environment.
• Ability to work in a team, high flexibility and resilience.
• Good communication skills and empathy in dealing with patients.

Tasks ##

• Holistic nursing and care of patients in the acute care sector.
• Implementation of nursing plans and adaptation to individual needs.
• Close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team for optimal patient care.
• Conscientious nursing documentation to ensure quality standards.
• Participation in medical rounds and active coordination of nursing interventions.
