The State Archives of the Canton of Bern collects, indexes, and manages the archival material worthy of preservation for the history of the Canton of Bern from its medieval beginnings to the present. As a modern service provider, it makes its holdings available to the administration, research, and an interested public for inspection in its reading rooms.

Your tasks

• Receipt and control of analog deliveries
• Participation in inventorying work
• Assistance with conservation and restoration work
• Supervision of civil service workers

Your profile

• Completion as a Bookbinding Technologist EFZ or comparable manual vocational training
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Experience in operational logistics with a hands-on mentality
• Manual experience and organizational skill
