Head of Financial Lines Claims (m/f/d) 137381 | 80 - 100 % | Oerlikon, Zürich | Hybrid Does the thought of leading a specialized Financial Lines Claims team and managing demanding national and international claims for our large corporate clients together with your team motivate you? In this role, you will strengthen the Claims business unit in the International Claims area at Zurich Schweiz and be responsible for the Financial Lines Claims team. Together with your team, you will ensure high-quality claims service, particularly in the D&O, professional indemnity including Financial Institutions, as well as Crime and Cyber lines, and manage complex claims and legal proceedings. In doing so, you will work closely with customers, brokers, co-insurers and reinsurers, legal representatives, as well as internal partners, and continuously develop your team, our claims processes, and the cooperation with the relevant business units. What awaits you * You lead and develop the Financial Lines Claims team and create the framework conditions for high professional quality and first-class claims service * You are responsible for managing complex national and international Financial Lines claims and support your team in demanding cases and negotiations * You maintain strategically important relationships with large corporate clients, brokers, co-insurers and reinsurers as well as other internal and external partners * You ensure transparent performance and claims reporting and represent Financial Lines Claims to management and relevant business units * Together with your team, you further develop claims processes and ways of working and strengthen cross-departmental knowledge transfer as well as strategic cooperation with Underwriting and other relevant internal and external decision-makers and stakeholders.
