Service Technician Firefighting \& Technical Trainer (m/f/d) \- BG 100% Your place of work You work home\-based and at customer sites throughout Western Switzerland. Your place of residence should ideally be in the Canton of Vaud/Fribourg. Your tasks Ensuring technical customer service in the field of breathing protection technology, high-pressure compressors \& Engineered Solutions (maintenance and repair, as well as new installations and commissioning). You organize your work area independently in consultation with the Head of Firefighting and ensure that the tasks entrusted to you are carried out systematically, on time, and reliably. Additionally, after completed training, you train the equipment maintainers of the fire departments in the technical field. Furthermore, you support the sale and consultation of maintenance contracts as well as repairs and ensure the correct information about the installed base and the documentation of possible deviations. Your strengths You have completed training as a mechanic, electrical fitter or similar and have practical experience in field service. You are a member of the fire brigade (volunteer, professional, or company fire brigade). Knowledge of measurement and control technology is desirable. You are a proficient PC user (MS Office, Outlook). You have very good oral and written German skills. Good French and English skills are an advantage. Your way of working is independent, responsible, and quality-conscious, and your appearance is customer-oriented and communicative. A Category B driver's license and willingness for special assignments are required.
