For a Swiss mechanical engineering company that has been developing and producing high-precision machine tools for industrial manufacturing for many years, we are looking for an independent and motivated

Technical Project Coordinator Sales (m/f/d) ###

Your tasks ###

• You actively support sales and our distribution partners in project execution.
• You take over project support from sales to delivery
• You process project-related inquiries and develop customer-specific solutions
• You coordinate appointments and ensure a smooth project process
• You take on administrative and organizational tasks to support your supervisor

Your profile ###

• Completed training as a polymechanic or similar
• Further education with a focus on project management or project responsibility
• Good manners and a professional appearance
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and general IT/EDV affinity
• Goal- and solution-oriented thinking and acting as well as an independent way of working
• A correct and confident writing style and good communication skills
• Initial experience in project management
• Good English skills (French skills are an advantage)
