Your activities ##

• act autonomously and prospect existing and potential clients as an expert in pension fund solutions (LPP) and personal insurance (LCA, LAA, LAAC)
• work on implementing optimal global solutions, particularly in the field of executives
• analyze existing solutions and develop solutions for the future
• bear responsibility for calls for tender and submissions, as well as for conducting negotiations with pension providers and potential asset managers, and finalize the results in a comparative model
• conduct annual interviews with clients
• support, at the project level, the reorientation of current autonomous pension solutions
• develop solid decision-making bases for our clients
• identify and implement cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with the advisors of the Banque Valiant branches
• actively contribute to the development of the brokerage service offering
• know how to convince and inspire enthusiasm as a speaker at trade fairs and client events

You possess ##

• an unwavering commitment to client follow-up and acquisition
• knowledge of the current market as well as several years of professional experience in corporate consulting in the field of pension fund solutions and personal insurance
• the required conditions and registration in the FINMA register of intermediaries
• preferably experience gained within an insurance company, a broker, or a collective foundation, in the field of distribution and client acquisition
• a friendly personality and a charismatic and confident manner
• good IT knowledge (WinVS, Sobrado, Microsoft applications)
• French as a native language and proficiency in German is an asset
• the willingness to travel within the Romandie region, with the possibility of choosing your workplace location (in one of the Banque Valiant branches in French-speaking Switzerland)
