Your responsibility with a view to the corporate goals: * Co-responsibility for the operational and strategic management of the company * Deputy to the Managing Director in his absence * Technical and personnel leadership of the assigned employees and apprentices * Planning, organization, and coordination of projects and construction site assignments * Responsibility for a professional, timely, and economical execution of the work * Support and consultation of construction management, engineers, and other project partners * Processing of tenders as well as creation and calculation of offers * Coordination of personnel, machines, equipment, and material * Implementation of the acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships * Further development and optimization of organizations and processes.
