Job Description ##

You proactively approach customers and welcome them with warmth so that they feel well and perceived. With your expertise, you respond to customer needs and advise them competently in all areas from products to service work, with the goal of finding efficient and uncomplicated solutions. You present the products with an attractive staging. You check the goods for quality upon delivery and will prepare them correctly. You receive various devices and can inform customers about repairs or information regarding collection.

We expect ##

• EFZ/EBA qualification in the sales or service environment
• Experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• Basic knowledge of various mobile device providers
