Your Mission In your pivot function, you skillfully juggle between Account Management and internal and external partners and customers to ensure sales success. Your daily activities Management of Account Management and internal sales Actively developing and shaping business processes Active selling of Diartis solutions and expansion of the customer base Active support of your own customers as an Account Manager Creation of offers incl. management of incoming orders and deliveries ERP Superuser Management of the customer base in the ERP and CRM Complaint processing Controlling tasks in the budget and forecasting process How you enrich our team Several years of experience in sales and in leading employees Experience in Account Management, preferably in the IT and software development environment The customer is at the center of your actions You have a commercial education or business administration further training Proactive initiative is not a foreign word to you Team player with strong social competence and personal responsibility Experience in budgeting and forecasting German is your mother tongue and you are proficient in the French language Your future environment Diartis AG develops and distributes software solutions for case management.
