You record (and check) incoming orders and are also responsible for processing invoicing. You also check invoices and credits. You take over the technical and personnel management of an admin team, including the coordination of administrative processes in the transport sector. You also actively support customers when it comes to queries/problems. If interested, you also accompany the sales representative on a customer visit - because it's always good to know your counterpart in cooperation. Furthermore, you support the adherence to internal quality and process specifications and create evaluations and statistics for this purpose. Requirements You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You also have several years of experience in the transport and/or logistics industry, supplemented by (initial) management experience. In addition, you are characterized by pronounced social skills, high service orientation, communication and team skills.
