Logistics Operator Chemistry

Tasks:

• Timely and economical execution of orders with optimal use of operational resources
• Operating industrial trucks while observing safety guidelines and operating instructions
• Control, storage, and booking of goods
• Daily disposition of purchase requisitions according to economic aspects
• Carrying out inventory controls and corrections
• Creation and mutation of master data in SAP
• Coordination and cooperation with purchasing
• Transport disposition
• Contact with customers and suppliers

Your profile:

• Skilled manual worker, preferably a mechanic with knowledge in warehouse management, or logistics technician EFZ with experience in the management of consumables and technical goods
• IT user skills MS-Office are a prerequisite
• Experience in the chemistry/pharma logistics environment is an advantage
• Experience with SAP, especially the WM and PM modules, is desirable
• High sense of responsibility and reliability
• Flexibility and resilience
• Understanding of technical contexts and manual dexterity
• Good German skills in speaking and writing and good basic English skills
• Recognized forklift license for vertical mast and reach trucks is an advantage
