For our customers -- leading hospitals, nursing facilities, and outpatient services -- we are looking for qualified and committed Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH (m/f/d) who ensure high-quality nursing and care with professional competence, empathy, and a sense of responsibility.

Your tasks: {#h-ihre-aufgaben}

• Holistic care and nursing of patients and residents in different specialized departments
• Professional implementation of medical treatments and nursing measures
• Monitoring the health status of patients and early detection of changes
• Accompanying and advising patients and relatives regarding health questions and treatment courses
• Cooperation with interdisciplinary specialists, doctors, and therapists for optimal patient care
• Documentation of nursing measures as well as ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards

Your profile: {#h-ihr-profil}

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachmann / -frau HF/FH
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient care is an advantage
• High professional competence, teamwork skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and working with patients
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
