To complete the educational team of the DRAKKAR group, a living space for 7 residents with mental disabilities and associated psychic disorders, we are looking for a Qualified Social Educator (M/F) at an activity rate of 50%-70%. Mission You actively contribute to the well-being of these people and ensure their greatest possible autonomy. You guarantee socio-educational support, as well as in terms of health. You aim for the development, as well as the maintenance, of their skills. You support them in their social integration. You also accompany them in their aging process. This mission is carried out in a multidisciplinary team and in collaboration with the social network. Responsibilities Design and implement individual and collective socio-educational support Provide assistance to residents in basic care and acts of daily life Perform delegated care and medico-technical acts in relation to one's level of competence Participate in the choices, implementation, and animation of relaxation and leisure activities Work in an interdisciplinary mode to develop educational strategies adapted to the needs of the residents Promote the integration of the resident's family and relatives in the development and follow-up of their individual project; collaborate actively with internal and external networks Ensure administrative tasks related to the residents and the educational team Desired Profile Diploma in ES - HES social education or CFC of ASE Significant experience in the field of mental disability and/or psychiatry Interest in individualized support and regular coordination of collective activities Strong motivation for the development of new educational actions and interest in diversifying skills Ease in teamwork and communication, task organization; reliability Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office programs Category B driving license required Work Environment We offer the possibility to participate in the development of an important institution, to take on challenges and, through continuing education, to develop your skills.
