To strengthen our Global Accounting Team in Bubendorf/BL, we are looking for a Group Treasury & Corporate Finance Manager (a), 90-100% starting immediately. You will support the implementation of the Bachem Group's global liquidity and financing strategy. You will ensure access to capital, manage financial risks, and support management in strategic decisions regarding financing, capital structure, and the financial management of the group. Additionally, you will take on selected tasks in the areas of Corporate Finance and Group Accounting and support the preparation and analysis of the group's consolidated financial reporting. You will also support the department head for insurance and act as the central contact person for insurance matters, policy management, and claims within the group. Your tasks: • Responsibility for short-term and long-term group-wide liquidity planning • Management of the group's cash management, further development of cash forecasts and treasury processes • Monitoring of worldwide bank relationships and bank accounts • Implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS) • Analysis of foreign currency and interest rate risks as well as monitoring the Treasury Policy • Support of the syndicated loan agreement • Monitoring of covenants and financial key figures and support with future financing transactions • Support of the group consolidation according to Swiss GAAP FER • Participation in cash flow, financing and balance sheet analyses • Support and further development of the global insurance portfolio • Coordination of insurance claims • Cooperation with brokers and insurers • Support of international insurance topics Your profile: • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Auditing or comparable training • Treasury certification or training is an advantage • Several years of experience in the corporate treasury of an international company • Experience in the areas of cash management, financing, relationship management with banks, risk analysis • Good knowledge of group accounting and consolidation processes • SAP and treasury system experience is an advantage • Insurance knowledge is an advantage • High level of responsibility, flexibility and team spirit • Motivation to actively shape processes and drive changes • Structured, independent and service-oriented way of working • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing, French is an advantage Our offer: • A dynamic and strongly growing work environment with internal development opportunities • Employee development through numerous internal and external training offers • 60% coverage of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as well as the possibility for supra-mandatory provision with our voluntary savings plan • Access to benefit platforms with discounts at external partners • Fresh, healthy and diverse food in our staff restaurant • Diverse free sports activities on the Bachem Campus Would you like to live and drive innovation together with us?
