Altrajob is supporting its client, a company recognized for its know-how in the realization of metal structures and facades. In order to strengthen its teams, we are looking for a:
Metal construction site manager M/F
>>> Missions :
Organize and coordinate the various assembly stages of the sites
Ensure the preparation of installation files and coordinate deliveries with planning and logistics
Control the availability and conformity of the equipment necessary for the teams
Supervise the proper progress of the work and ensure compliance with deadlines, standards and current directives
Participate in site meetings and organize provisional and final receptions
Ensure the follow-up and transmission of site files to the project managers
Supervise and support the assembly teams by promoting good team spirit
Be proactive in improving working methods and field practices
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality requirements
>>> Profile sought :
With the benefit of confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the assembly of metal construction elements, you ideally master different types of structures such as glass facades, doors, locksmithing, stairs or glazing.
You possess natural leadership, an excellent sense of organization and enjoy teamwork.
Autonomous, rigorous and solution-oriented, you are comfortable in an environment where coordination and reactivity are essential.
