Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII 80-100% Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking on tasks as a primary caregiver • Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests including RAI care needs assessment • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Planning and accompaniment of physician visits • Taking on daily responsibility with coordination of the day team • Leading case discussions and nursing reports • Taking on tasks as a topic carrier in a specialist subject and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Readiness for night shifts Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of diverse challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
