Job Description ##

Your everyday life with us:

• You are in daily exchange with applicants, recognize their strengths, and find the suitable positions
• You take over the entire application process - from searching for suitable talents to the first contact through to successful placement
• You continuously expand your personal network and develop long-term customer relationships
• You advise your customers and find the suitable skilled and unskilled workers for their requirements
• You take care of the support of your employees and are their contact person for questions
• You take over various organizational and administrative activities

We expect ##

What distinguishes you:

• You have a completed EFZ training in construction or in a construction-related environment
• You speak German at native level and mandatory possess good Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese skills for direct exchange with customers and employees
• You are an open, communicative, and team-oriented personality who can build trust quickly and win people over
• You are at home in the Winterthur region and know it very well
• You possess a Category B driver's license and are ready to support customers and employees on-site with the company vehicle
