Today 4665 Oftringen (Hybrid) Payroll • Permanent position Hybrid Salary range 90'000 - 100'000 CHF 01 Future Employer ## For an established Swiss healthcare company, we are looking for an experienced HR specialist with sound payroll experience for around 150 employees as well as comprehensive knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system. In addition, you bring experience in managing the entire employee lifecycle and take over the HR administration independently from onboarding to offboarding. 02 Your Task ## • Independent execution of the monthly payroll processing for around 150 employees, including the handling of all social insurances as well as withholding tax settlements • Holistic management of the employee lifecycle from recruitment and entry to the departure of employees • Independent creation and coordination of year-end tasks, including AHV, BVG, and UVG settlements, wage statements as well as reports to authorities and insurance providers • Competent contact person for all personnel- and salary-relevant questions as well as advisory support for employees and managers • Creation, management, and maintenance of all HR documentation, especially employment contracts, contract changes, mutations, and employment references during the entire employment relationship 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external further training • Progressive employment conditions • International field of activity • Free parking spaces • At least 5 weeks holiday • Responsible activities 04 Your Profile ## • Completed commercial training and ideally further training in the field of HR/Payroll • Professional experience in a similar function • Very good language skills in German in W/S, other languages an advantage • Confident use of MS Office; experience with common payroll and HR systems an advantage • Structured, independent, and precise way of working, especially when processing sensitive salary and personnel data 05 Things to Know ## • Progressive employment conditions • International field of activity • Free parking spaces • At least 5 weeks holiday • Responsible activities
