Your tasks
Independent management and processing of small to medium-sized projects across all planning phases
Development and implementation of architectural concepts with high design and constructive standards
Creation of working and detail plans in ArchiCAD
Coordination of specialist planners, authorities, and clients
Ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs
Construction management of small to medium-sized projects
Participation in the further development of sustainable and future-oriented construction projects

What you bring with you
Completed architecture studies (FH or ETH)
German language skills at least level C1 in speaking and writing
High standards for architecture, design, and execution quality
Ideally several years of experience in project management
Several years of professional experience in Switzerland
Good knowledge of Swiss standards, building laws, and planning processes
Sound knowledge in tender and execution planning as well as in construction management
Interest in sustainable building
Very good ArchiCAD knowledge (2D/3D)
Independent, structured, and responsible way of working as well as enjoyment of working in a team
