It is looking for an Industrialization Manager to structure and lead the transformation of its industrialization processes, ensuring smooth coordination between business teams and continuous operational excellence.
Your tasks at your new employer
You lead the transition of projects from the design stage to full industrialization, ensuring optimal profitability and production compliant with the most rigorous quality standards in the micromecanical precision sector
You animate and strengthen the capabilities of a multidisciplinary team, creating a collaborative environment where each member actively contributes to continuous improvement and the achievement of the group's strategic objectives
You orchestrate exchanges between production, quality, procurement, and logistics to ensure maximum reactivity to commercial demands
You define and supervise manufacturing process optimization initiatives, identifying cost reduction opportunities while preserving operational excellence and total compliance with standards
You ensure full control of industrial quality and safety, maintaining constant vigilance on process compliance and instilling a culture of permanent improvement within the teams
You offer your new employer
You have a degree in HES engineering or equivalent in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or a related discipline
You bring significant experience in managing diverse technical teams, combined with solid practice in managing complex projects in demanding and regulated industrial environments
You are fluent in French and have sufficient proficiency in English to interact with international partners and lead multilingual technical discussions
