It is part of the Groupe Téléverbier. In order to complete our teams, we are looking for Retail Sales Specialist CFC (M/F) at 100% Your missions: • Management of orders and receptions for the Téléverbier SA group • Monitoring of suppliers and coordination of supplies • Welcoming customers (counter, telephone, e-mails) and first-level technical advice • Customer service on spare parts for Prinoth snow grooming machines • Organization of shipments in Switzerland and internationally • Stock management and participation in inventories • Monitoring and provision of internal tools • Carrying out technical tasks (e.g. manufacture of hydraulic hoses) Your profile: • Holder of a CFC in retail sales or an equivalent training; • Proven experience in a similar function; • Mastery of German, both oral and written (minimum level A2); • Knowledge of English is an asset. • Initiative and sense of organization; • Interpersonal skills and sense of service; • Ability to anticipate, prioritize, and manage several tasks simultaneously; • Dynamism, reactivity and good stress management; • Flexibility and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances.
