Production Transport Manager (m/f/d)

What you can set in motion.

• As Production Transport Manager, you direct and instruct 4-7 team leaders and approximately 70-200 employees in one of the West, Central, or East production regions. You act as a role model and promote the development of your employees.
• You leverage your multiple skills in managing team leaders and teams and, through your work, contribute to organizational and cultural development in a highly demanding environment.
• As the person responsible for safety and compliance with quality and cost standards by the teams, you guarantee regular operation and compliance with the performance ordered by customers.
• You follow change projects, direct partial projects, develop and are responsible for specialist topics at both a regional and interregional level or within FFS Cargo
• Depending on the organization of the region concerned, you replace the regional management or other functions in case of absence and support the region in further strategic development with your specialist know-how.
• As Production Transport Manager, you represent the interests of FFS Cargo and serve as an important point of contact for internal and external partners.

• You have several years of experience in logistics in a production company. You also have experience in development-oriented and results-oriented leadership, in project and/or process management, and in organizational development.
• Continuing education at a (university, SUP) level in the field of leadership, management, or business administration is required.
• For this function, excellent written and oral knowledge of German or French is required. Furthermore, if you have not already done so, you are willing to learn another national language.
