Customer Advisor Early Collection

Customer Advisor Early Collection Work location: Region Zürich & Remote Work, part-time from 80% possible In this role, you are in telephone exchange with our private and corporate customers; where tact, commitment, and risk awareness are required, you find sustainable solutions with your team, secure payment deadlines, and make an important contribution to the balance between customer proximity, risk control, and business success. YOUR TASKS You process assigned accounts attentively with the goal of identifying and reducing possible loss risks at an early stage. In direct customer contact, you agree on suitable payment deadlines and ensure their binding compliance. You carefully check indications of payment difficulties or increased risks and initiate the appropriate next steps. You block or unblock credit cards based on the situation and your professional assessment. For collection-specific inquiries, you seek clear, fair, and binding solutions for all parties involved. You actively contribute ideas for improving processes and, if necessary, also support across teams. YOUR PROFILE Experience in the credit or collection sector, in customer service, or in a contact center helps you to achieve an impact quickly. A commercial basic education or a comparable education forms a good basis for this task. You conduct customer conversations communicatively, solution-oriented, and in a structured manner. You have a confident command of German, English, and ösisch; Italian is an additional plus. You work confidently with common Office programs and find your way around new applications.
