We are looking for a motivated Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) 80-100% as of 01.10.2026 or by agreement, who enjoys taking responsibility and accompanying our patients with professional competence and empathy. YOUR TASKS Administration/Organization: • Independent organization of daily business including patient appointment scheduling • Telephone and patient reception • Organization and implementation of private and thyroid outpatient clinics as well as collaboration in the occupational health service (e.g. correspondence, documentation and patient management, case intake, report processing) • Recording of services for outpatient and inpatient consultations • Support for our doctors in administrative tasks for outpatients/inpatients Medical activity: • Carrying out medical basic examinations (venous blood sampling, EKG, vaccinations, vital sign control) <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (several years of professional experience an advantage) • Very good knowledge of German spelling and good oral English skills • Secure application of medical terminology and solid IT skills • Organizational talent, team spirit, flexibility, and a high sense of responsibility <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, you can expect an inter- and multi-professionally working, well-rehearsed team.
