Tasks

As a Project Manager and Member of the Executive Board, you will take on a key role in our company. Your main tasks include:

• Leading and monitoring construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Close cooperation with the Executive Board to develop and implement company strategies.
• Leading the employees on-site
• Ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Analysis and optimization of processes to increase efficiency.
• Representing the company towards external partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you ideally bring the following qualifications:

• Master Tiler or degree in Business Administration with industry experience
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in a leadership position.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Experience in using modern project management tools.
• Business fluent German skills, further language skills are an advantage.
