Accounting Assistant m/f/d 60%

For an established company in the Basel region, we are looking for a committed, independent and responsible personality in the field of administration and accounting, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Processing and monitoring of national and international payment transactions
• Monitoring of open items and management of the dunning process
• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Maintenance of master data as well as general administrative activities
• Processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Contact person for internal and external contacts regarding accounting queries

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in accounting and in administrative activities
• Very good user knowledge in Abacus
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Very good German skills as well as good knowledge of French, English is an advantage
• Exact, structured and independent way of working
• High reliability, discretion and sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented personality with quick comprehension
