Technical Sales Consultant Industrial Inside Sales (100 %)

Your role

In a complex product environment, you are the contact person for customers and colleagues in the field sales to find and offer individual solutions. With your technical know-how, you are a consultant, salesperson, problem solver and contribute to the development of our technical department.

Your task

• Supporting the customer to identify their needs within their applications.
• Close cooperation with the field sales for complex customer projects
• Researching and offering solutions
• Analyzing and documenting complaints
• Receiving and processing customer inquiries and orders via email, telephone or WhatsApp
• Participation in internal projects for the further development of the assortment and new solutions
• Active expansion of specialist competence for filtration solutions of all kinds.

Your profile

• Technical training and/or experience in the field of HVAC, dust extraction, maintenance in the industrial sector or similar.
• You speak German at a business level, French, Italian or any other language is an advantage
• Confident handling of various Microsoft applications, ideally Dynamics.
• Independent working, initiative and diligence characterize you.
• Remarkable customer orientation and business sense
