Job Description ##

• Responsibility for financial accounting including general ledger
• Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR
• Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Execution of payment transactions as well as reconciliation of bank accounts
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Support in budget and forecast processes
• Reconciliation of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts
• Contact person for auditing bodies, authorities, and external partners
• Participation in the optimization of existing processes and workflows in the finance area
• Support for the management in finance-relevant issues

The Successful Applicant ##

• Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting
• Several years of professional experience in accounting
• Verifiable experience in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting law (OR)
• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Independent, precise, and reliable way of working
• High service orientation as well as pragmatic hands-on mentality
