Project Manager Master Builder

You will lead demanding structural engineering projects in Central Switzerland from the start of construction to handover, both commercially and technically.

Tasks

• Leading and realizing demanding structural engineering projects
• Commercial and technical management of the project
• Leading the site managers
• Independent preparation and enforcement of supplementary offers
• Resource planning and monitoring of contract management

Profile

• Degree as dipl. Bauingenieur FH, dipl. Baumeister or dipl. Bauführer TS
• Several years of experience in project management in a construction company
• Experience with Swiss standards and in construction contract law
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Business-fluent German skills in spoken and written form
