Site Manager Maintenance and Industrial Cleaning.

Your new challenge:

For a technically demanding cleaning object in an industrial environment, we are looking for a responsible, digitally savvy personality as Site Manager. In this role, you will take over the operational leadership of a team of 5–12 employees as well as active participation in the cleaning on-site.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Leadership and deployment planning of a team of 5–12 employees
• Daily participation in cleaning (fixed part of your activity)
• Ensuring cleaning quality through systematic controls and their documentation
• Communication with the client and contact person for operational concerns
• Planning, implementation and billing of additional orders
• Control of the electronic time tracking
• Independent operation, maintenance and evaluation of the digital FM tool
• Ordering and management of consumables
• Training of new employees and ongoing support in everyday life
• Identification and implementation of optimization and saving potential
• Readiness for assignments also on weekends (7-day operation), if operationally necessary

What you bring:What you bring:

• Verifiable experience in a comparable function in building cleaning
• Sound specialist knowledge in maintenance and/or industrial cleaning
• Very good German skills in spoken and written, other languages an advantage
• Strong affinity for digital tools and enjoyment of their consistent application
• Organizational talent, leadership strength and solution-oriented action
• Readiness to actively participate yourself – not only during shortages, but regularly
