Fundraiser: Public Fundraising 60 % With your experience in public fundraising, you will help to ensure the long-term medical care of children, adolescents, and women in the Middle East. The non-profit association «Kinderhilfe Bethlehem», based in the heart of Luzern, has been committed to the welfare of mother and child in the Middle East for over 60 years. As a central project, it operates the Kinderspital Bethlehem (Caritas Baby Hospital), the only hospital specialized in pediatrics in the West Bank. In addition, the association supports further projects. To strengthen the team, we have been commissioned to fill the newly created position Fundraiser: Public Fundraising In this diverse position, you are responsible for the systematic acquisition, development, and retention, particularly of private donors. You design, plan, and realize fundraising campaigns across various channels, especially direct mail and digital media, thereby making an important contribution to the financing of the organization. In addition, you develop and implement retention programs and analyze the impact of your activities using relevant key figures and derive concrete impulses for the further development of the fundraising strategy. In doing so, you work closely with internal and external partners and ensure a consistent and effective donor journey. For this varied task, you bring a solid commercial education as well as experience and successes in fundraising. You identify with the values and the mission of the association and convince through your reliable, professional appearance as well as your sociability. Your way of working is self-initiated, proactive, and goal-oriented. As a team-oriented personality, you contribute actively to the team and value supportive cooperation.
