To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged personality as Deputy Head of Resident Services (m/f) 80–100% starting immediately or by arrangement. In this function, you will support the Head of Resident Services both technically and organizationally and actively contribute to ensuring that our services are provided efficiently, reliably, and in a customer-oriented manner. Your tasks ● Support the technical and organizational leadership of the resident services ● Assistance in ensuring professional and customer-oriented service (resident registration, funeral services, election office, security tasks, etc.) ● Cooperation in the operational day-to-day business with direct customer contact (counter and telephone) ● Deputy for the Head of Resident Services during absences ● Participation in the training of apprentices Your profile ● Commercial training, ideally in public administration ● Further training in the field of public administration / resident services or comparable ● Several years of experience in resident services ● Good IT user skills (CMI, Innosolv, Abacus an advantage) ● Service-oriented, structured, and team-oriented personality with strong communication skills We offer ● A varied and responsible function with development potential ● A dedicated and collegial team ● Modern working conditions and contemporary employment conditions ● Versatile contact with the population as well as opportunities for co-design
