Our client is a very beautiful independent management company well established in Switzerland and in other international financial centers.

Job Description ##

• Integration within the Brazilian Desk;
• Daily support for Wealth Managers;
• Responding to all client requests by email, telephone, video conference appointments or face-to-face;
• Preparation of appointments and travel for Wealth Managers;
• Opening and closing of bank accounts;
• Performance of KYC;
• Cash management & fiduciary deposits;
• Payments, transfers and wire transfers;
• Execution of stock market orders;
• Consolidation of client accounts;
• Banking and tax certificates;
• Expense reports;
• Administrative support;
• Reporting to clients and to Management;
• Participation in daily office life.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Banking training;
• Significant and similar experience in management assistance within a private bank, a management company and / or a family office in Switzerland;
• Accustomed to working with Brazilian clientele;
• Good knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments;
• Good command of the MS Office suite;
• Excellent command of the Brazilian Portuguese language, both spoken and written;
• Very good command of French and / or English, both spoken and written;
• Autonomous, rigorous, efficient & very professional;
• Discretion and sense of confidentiality;
• Swiss residence ideally.
