Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Assist the Prosecutor in large-scale criminal investigations, sometimes very exposed in the media, mainly in German • Support the planning of proceedings, prepare and implement the collection of evidence, interrogations and coercive measures • Clarify legal issues, independently draft decisions and legal documents of all kinds (e.g., indictments, complaints and positions) • Prepare final decisions such as indictments, summary penalty orders, orders of non-prosecution, orders of dismissal <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree in law with a good knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedure, further qualifications (e.g., bar admission, doctoral thesis, LL.M., CAS) desired • Professional experience at a prosecutor's office, a court, a law firm or in a related sector • Structured and result-oriented way of working as well as interconnected thinking • Solution-oriented, pragmatic and decisive personality, with a positive attitude and a strong spirit of collaboration • Relevant oral and written communication for the sector • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and English, passive knowledge of the third official language constitutes an advantage <br /> In summary A multi-faceted job that offers stimulating challenges, particularly in the field of Cybercrime.
