To reinforce our familiar team at KWS Suisse SA, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality as Specialist (m/f/d) Customer Service & Contact Management (40-60 %).

In this versatile role, you are the central contact person for our customers, farmers and trading partners in Switzerland. You communicate via our digital platform myKWS, by telephone and e-mail and work closely with internal contact persons in Switzerland as well as international KWS teams.
