For our Residenz Spirgarten in Zürich, we are looking for an employee Operations and Building Maintenance 100% starting August 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
The Residenz Spirgarten is a residence of the Atlas Stiftung. It was built according to the plans of Miller & Maranta. The residence is located in the middle of Zürich-Altstetten directly by Lindenplatz. It has 68 apartments and a care department with 18 single rooms.
Your area of responsibility
Special cleaning in cooperation with the Head of Operations and Building Maintenance
Participation in the daily business of the Technology & Security department
Professional operation and maintenance of equipment and materials
Ensuring the hygiene and economic efficiency of the department
Compliance with all valid work guidelines and processes

You bring with you
Training as an electrical installer, operations mechanic, specialist in operations maintenance EFZ or similar
Proven professional experience in a comparable function in a high-end, hotel-like operation
Sound (building) technology and IT knowledge
You are resilient and work reliably and independently as a technical all-rounder. You have an efficient way of working and a high quality standard regarding building technology, security, and order. A sense of duty and a strong service-oriented mindset further distinguish you. Thanks to your pleasant manners, you maintain good contact with the residents.
