What you will do in your new role.

• You plan, organize, and accompany our internal and external events – from the initial idea through to on-site implementation and follow-up.
• Depending on experience, you will independently take the lead for individual events after onboarding or the first joint events.
• You contribute your ideas, further develop existing formats, and help shape new event experiences.
• In doing so, you keep an eye on deadlines, budgets, details, and participants, and ensure that everything works together on the day of the event.
• You communicate professionally and uncomplicately with internal and external stakeholders, service providers, and project partners – in writing, by telephone, and in person.
• And: You will become part of our small and fine marketing team, which is looking forward to your ideas, your energy, and your involvement.

What you bring with you.

• You have already gained practical experience in the event sector and know what it takes to turn a good idea into a successful event.
• You enjoy organizing, work in a structured, independent, and careful manner, and take on responsibility.
• Even if it becomes hectic shortly before an event, you set the right priorities, keep an overview - and ideally also your sense of humor.
• You like to roll up your sleeves and enjoy setting things up together with different people.
• Predictable peaks in workload before larger events as well as around three to four evening assignments per year are fine with you.
• A commercial apprenticeship EFZ or a similar training is ideal for this role. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and a lot of curiosity for other tools is essential for our work at NOVO.
• The NOVO company and customer environment is German-speaking and often speaks Swiss German. Stylistically confident German at native level with a high understanding of dialect is therefore very important for us for successful cooperation in the team and customer environment.
• Ideally, you live near one of our locations Bern or Zürich. That you are flexible to travel to the other location if required is a prerequisite for the role.

Salary framework
Depending on experience and qualification, your monthly salary is between 3'000.- CHF and 3'600.- (13 monthly salaries). In October, the payment of the bonus is added. This is target-dependent and, at 100% achievement of company goals and your individual goals, is 3'000.- and 3'720.- CHF. These figures refer to a 60% workload.
