With its acute medical and rehabilitative offerings, BESAS is one of the leading geriatric medical institutions in Switzerland and places great importance on education and further training, integrated care, and modern treatment methods. The geriatric emergency practice in Gümligen is the first point of contact for general practitioners as well as for patients with acute complaints. The own house doctor practice ensures medical care for residents in nursing homes in the greater Bern area. ### Your area of responsibility • You take over the care, support, treatment, and early rehabilitation of geriatric patients during the night shift • You take over the shift responsibility • You participate in the interdisciplinary treatment team, consisting of doctors, nursing, therapists, and social counseling • You support the house doctor and emergency practice during and outside of opening hours and take over the nursing emergency service Your profile • You have a completed degree as Dipl.
