Tasks ##

As Line Leader Packaging (m/f), you take responsibility for the leadership and monitoring of the packaging lines as well as the technical leadership of your team. You plan the daily operations, ensure compliance with production goals, and monitor the plants.

Your everyday routine includes instructing employees, operating the machines, and booking materials in the SAP system in a cooled environment.

Requirements ##

• Completed basic training in the food sector
• Professional and leadership experience in the food industry
• Good technical understanding and experience in operating production plants
• Assertiveness and organizational talent
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Physical fitness for working in a cooled environment
• Willingness to work shifts
• Driver's license and own car
