As a workshop manager, you play a central role in the organization and management of the workshop. You take charge of the direction and development of your team, ensure the smooth running of activities and ensure an efficient and high-quality organization. In addition, you support customer service on a daily basis and ensure smooth collaboration between the workshop and customer service.

Your tasks

• You lead the workshop team consisting of two employees and one apprentice
• You plan and coordinate workshop work orders in close collaboration with your team
• You advise our clientele professionally, by telephone, by e-mail or directly on site
• You manage warranty work autonomously and reliably, including warranty settlements and recall campaigns
• You establish transparent and detailed quotes and ensure correct invoicing.
• You receive repair and service requests
• You carry out complex technical repairs and transformations in collaboration with your team
• You are responsible for quality management, ensure the follow-up of ongoing service and repair work and guarantee the smooth running of operations

Your profile
----------

• You hold a CFC as a motorcycle mechanic, an automobile mechatronics technician or an equivalent training
• You benefit from several years of experience in a similar function; initial management experience is an asset
• You master French and ideally possess good knowledge of German
• Teamwork is obvious to you and you actively contribute to an excellent team spirit
• You are distinguished by your sense of service and your professional approach to customers
• You work autonomously, reliably and efficiently
• You hold a valid driving license of categories A and B.
