We are looking for a building drafter CFC (M/F) at 80-100% for one of our clients in the construction sector, active in the northern Vaud region.

Desired profile:

• CFC as a building drafter required * Confirmed experience in a similar function in Switzerland * Good knowledge of AEAI requirements regarding fire protection (AQ2 level), an asset * Mastery of standard IT tools in the sector including Messerli, MS Office, Autocad, archicad and Photoshop * Solid knowledge in building technology * Interest and good knowledge regarding subsidies for transformations * Organized, rigorous, pragmatic and possessing good interpersonal skills Your mission:
• Establish technical drawings at all project phases: sketches, preliminary design, final design, execution and detail plans + Compile and submit inquiry dossiers + Perform surveys of existing buildings using laser scanning software + Carry out measurements and ensure the follow-up of small construction sites + Prepare and manage tenders and calls for bids jpidfe96050jm jpit0939jm jpiy26jm
