YOUR TASKS

• Care and support of female and male patients before and after surgical interventions
• Assistance in the preparation of the anesthesia workstation as well as provision and control of materials, medications, and medical devices
• Assistance during regional anesthesias
• Close and partnership-based collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other operating room professionals
• Monitoring of female and male patients within the respective competencies as well as early detection of changes in health status
• Active participation in ensuring high quality of care and treatments
• Contribution to the development of processes as well as a constructive and rewarding team culture

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH or registered nurse HF/FH or equivalent training recognized in Switzerland
• Professional experience in the acute field is an advantage
• In case of a degree obtained abroad, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) is required
• High professional and social skills as well as a keen sense of responsibility
• Resilient, flexible, and team-oriented personality with a structured way of working
• Autonomy, reliability, and great awareness of quality
• Joy of interprofessional collaboration as well as contact with female and male patients
